Precision Honing Tools & Expandable Mandrels :
For very small and very large bores, Nagel have developed a range of expandable mandrels useful in the honing of small bore, lengthy parts as also very large bores (above 200 mm dia upto even 800 mm in some cases) These operate from simple, pillar drilling type arrangements adaptable with standard fixing including MT1, MT2 type Morse Tapers.

Superfinishing Consumables :
We present a complete range of superfinishing stones/powders/preformulated compounds. Stones cut from blocks directly imported from Nagel to required sizes to very close dimensional tolerances in Nagel cutting machines. High grade surface finish (with longer abrasive life thus giving a boost to both quality and productivity) can be provided by using a wide range of stones. Superfinishing of a wide range of soft to hard and ferrous and non ferrous materials is possible with a wide variety of stones.
